To secure your Theater Box or Premium Club Seats at YouTube Theater, navigate to the RESERVE NOW page and select the event you'd like to attend. After your purchase, you will be assigned an online Account Manager and YouTube Theater will provide instructions on how to access and download your tickets. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone. No. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees. The only other cost to consider will be in-suite catering expenses above what is included in your Theater Box package (if applicable).
No. Per our sales terms and conditions, all Theater Box sales are final. For more information on rescheduled events or cancelled events see below.
Should an event be postponed, your Theater Box tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.
If the event is cancelled, a refund will be issued to the purchaser.
Catering may be bundled with your Theater Box purchase. For Theater Boxes that do not come inclusive of catering, food can be purchased at the YouTube Theater concession stands located throughout the building. Premium Club Seats will come inclusive of complimentary food and beverages, served inside of the Champions Club. Following your Theater Box purchase, a YouTube Theater representative will be in touch via email or phone to provide you with further catering instructions.
Please note, catering preorders must be submitted no later than 1 week prior to your event.
No, in-box catering is not required to purchase and there is no catering minimum. Guests can also purchase food and drink individually from general concessions and bring these items back to the Theater Box. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the venue.
Catering costs will be available closer to the event date. Packages are set based on the number of people in the Theater Boxes. Spend is based on type of food - I.e., snacks vs. full meals – and number of people. There is no catering minimum, however, and catering is not required. Check the listing details to see what food and beverage (if any) is included with your Theater Box.
Refer to your Theater Box reservation to see if additional standing room only tickets are available to purchase. For any Theater Boxes that provide the option to purchase additional tickets, contact your YouTube Theater Suite Representative to complete the transactions. Additional tickets, if available, can be purchased (but not required) at any point leading up to an event.
Children 2 years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission into YouTube Theater. Theater Boxes provide a private and secure space for families attending a show with younger children.
In an effort to provide a more secure and safe environment, the following bag policy will be in effect for all events at YouTube Theater:
Bags must NOT exceed 11 inches x 14 inches. Any bags larger than this will not be allowed into the venue. All bags are subject to be searched. The YouTube Theater bag policy is subject to change per event.
Theater Box tickets will provide access to the adjacent club space and bar area exclusively for Theater Box and VIP patrons. This area includes private restrooms and dedicated bar access.
Your Theater Box will include parking passes in YouTube Theater premium lots on site. You will be provided with details on where and how to park.
VIP entrances can be found on a map on the YouTube Theater event pages closer to each event. Your YouTube Theater Premium Sales representative will share details on where to go to enter based on your Theater Box location and where you are parking or arriving.
Theater Box access opens anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes prior to the event, based on each individual event. Venue door information can be found on the YouTube Theater event pages closer to each event.
Yes. Each Theater Box is serviced by a shared suite attendant. Event Day food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. An Event Day Theater Box Menu will be in the box upon arrival. The Event Day Menu is slightly more limited than the Advance Catering Menu, however, you’ll still find venue favorites and plenty of beverages available (water, soft-drinks, beer, wine, liquor). In-box catering items are served in group-portions, not individually.
Yes, gratuity is customary.
